Breethe was my introduction to meditation. The 12-week program is well-designed to kickstart a daily meditation practice and is narrated by the same teacher to explore different topics. The variety of meditation techniques was also a plus for me, from visualization to a more classic focus on the breathe. There is a free version with limited content, but the 14-day trial allows you access to everything they have to offer and give it a go! One drawback would be the limited background music choices. You should give it a try, you’ll for sure find your favourite teacher and be introduced to new meditation techniques! – Salima
