The Waking Up app was a game-changer for me. It’s what finally made me understand the need for meditation. It made me more curious to explore the nature of reality and how our minds relate to it. I’ve been using it daily since Summer 2019, reusing the Introductory course multiple times and listening to the conversations with mindfulness coaches. What I loved about the introductory courses was that they subtly progressed towards practicing and experiencing the mindfulness concepts discussed.
